xName Posted November 16, 2022 Share Posted November 16, 2022 Hey there, criticism is due, bought valorant on monday received access almost ASAP, followed the instructions all good, installed the requirements, followed steps in the video Alright, but then I realised that even though I followed all given steps found out it just does not seem to work for me as of right now, rechecked waited for 5 minutes for each step this time, no change. So I contacted the support, given that I explained that I have followed the steps after more 24 hours I received a reply telling me to install the requirements already given in the guide. This is litterally what makes ticket support stand out, its inefficient, people talk past each other and it takes forever to communicate, I wish for alternative ways to contact the support.
